House & GARDEN OPENING
The House and Gardens are now closed, reopening in April 2025.
If you can't wait that long to visit us again, why not enjoy one of our seasonal events in the meantime?
~ Enjoy a festive sandwich or sweet treat in our Christmas Cafe and find that perfect stocking filler or decoration in our Christmas Shop, open every Thursday-Sunday from 28th November to 22nd December.
~ Attend one of our creative workshops taking place throughout November and December to make your own decorations, gifts and treats (advance booking essential).
~ Browse a variety of goods and find that all important Christmas gift inspiration at our Christmas Market Weekends (30 Nov/1 Dec & 7/8 Dec).
~ Check if you've made the nice list and visit Father Christmas in the Tudor House (30 Nov/1 Dec & 7/8 Dec, advance booking essential).

ADMISSION
All full price tickets are annual passes and grant the holder access to the hall and gardens, whenever they are open, for a year.

OFFER SCHEMES
Historic Houses members and Gardener’s World 2 for 1 both welcomed. Please bring your HH card / 2-for-1 Card on the day of your visit to the garden to validate your booking. Please note the card is not transferable. When booking your Gardener’s World ticket online please select one full price ticket and one free Gardener’s World ticket. Please note any tickets purchased using one of these offers do not qualify for an annual pass and offer schemes cannot be used for event entry or group visit bookings.
TICKET BOOKING
Tickets can be purchased online here. Please note the online booking system closes 24 hours ahead so online tickets cannot be purchased on the day of your visit. On arrival please can all visitors check in at visitor reception (in the stable yard) - whether or not you have prebooked a ticket. This includes HH members as your membership cards need to be scanned in order to validate your ticket.
Facilities
There are toilets and a cafe onsite. Please refer to the cafe page for more information. Picnics are welcome in the stable courtyard picnic area but are regretfully not allowed in the main gardens.
Dogs are welcome on leads in the gardens and grounds.
